- Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Yan worked with Novartis Pharmaceuticals AG of Switzerland from 2000 to 2006, and Roche China from 1995 to 1998. He got substantial experiences of marketing, market research, planning and supply chain management. Yan obtained MBA from Rotterdam School of Management in 2000, and Ph. D. from Fudan University in 1995.
